By accessing or using Deltu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. The Service is operated by LangGenius, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices in Menlo Park, California.
Deltu is a weekly growth momentum and direction alignment tool for teams. It provides double-blind assessment mechanisms, direction tracking, and organizational insights.
You access Deltu through your organization's Google Workspace account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Your organization's administrator is responsible for managing user access within Deltu.
The Free plan supports up to 20 people with full functionality. The Pro plan ($299/month) supports unlimited people. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Deltu. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your assessments, directions, or organizational data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the Service; use the Service to store or transmit malicious code; interfere with the Service's infrastructure; or use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
Assessments submitted through the double-blind mechanism are immutable by design — they cannot be modified after submission. This is a core feature, not a limitation. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this design.
Deltu collects and processes weekly assessment data about individual employees, including Delta status labels (stable, breakthrough, blocked, stalled), self-reported high-load markers, free-text notes, and direction associations. This data is visible to the employee's direct manager, indirect superiors, and designated administrators (Founder/HR) in accordance with the visibility rules described in our product documentation.
Organizations deploying Deltu are responsible for informing their employees that: (a) weekly Delta assessments will be collected and stored; (b) both manager assessments and employee self-reports are retained as immutable records; (c) this data may be referenced during management decisions including but not limited to performance conversations, role changes, and employment status reviews; (d) assessment history is retained for the duration of the organization's use of the Service and for a reasonable period thereafter.
We strongly recommend that organizations obtain written informed consent from all employees before deploying Deltu. LangGenius, Inc. provides a sample informed consent template upon request. Organizations operating in jurisdictions that require works council approval or employee representative consultation (including but not limited to Germany, France, and the Netherlands) must complete such processes before deployment.
Deltu is designed as a growth momentum tool, not a performance scoring system. However, LangGenius, Inc. does not control how organizations use the data collected through the Service. Organizations bear sole responsibility for ensuring their use of Deltu data complies with applicable labor laws and employment regulations in their jurisdiction.
Employees may attach a dispute note to any weekly assessment record, stating their disagreement with the assessment. Dispute notes are visible to the employee's manager and organizational administrators. Dispute notes do not modify the original assessment — the immutability of the double-blind record is preserved — but they create a documented record that the employee contested the assessment at the time it was made.
When an employee self-marks high-load status, this signal is visible to their manager and organizational administrators. Organizations acknowledge that awareness of sustained high-load conditions may create a duty of care obligation under applicable labor laws. LangGenius, Inc. recommends that organizations establish internal policies for responding to high-load signals in a timely manner.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LangGenius, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes at least 30 days in advance via the application.
