Who we are

Deltu is operated by LangGenius, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices in Menlo Park, California.

What we collect

When you use Deltu, we collect: your name, email address, and department as provided through Google Workspace SSO; the weekly Delta status assessments you submit; and standard usage data (pages viewed, features used, browser type).

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the Deltu service — displaying assessments to the appropriate people according to the visibility rules described in our product, and generating insights for your organization. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Double-blind mechanism

Deltu's core feature is a double-blind assessment system. Your self-reported Delta status is not visible to your manager until they have also submitted their assessment, and vice versa. This is enforced at the application level.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network. All data is stored in the United States.

Data retention

Your assessment data is retained for as long as your organization maintains an active Deltu account. If your organization cancels its account, all data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your organization's Deltu administrator. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and language preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via the application.
